The Treasury Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Shared Service Provider (SSP) Program is a cooperative effort between the Department of the Treasury and the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, for the issuance of digital certificates to secure communications between agencies and customers and for identity proofing.
